Jack Russell Terrier
These dogs are loving, loyal, and very smart. But when they’re bored they can be destructive. It is very important that a potential dog owner understand the nature of this breed before they decide to bring it into their home. The Jack Russell is a working terrier, with lots of energy and tenacity. They have high energy, dig, bark, and chew. So they need structure and daily physical and mental exercise.
Many unsuspecting people expected an adorable, low-key and well-mannered small dog (17 lbs.) like Eddie on the TV show “Frasier.” What they don’t know is that Eddie had a full-time trainer.
So, why are these dogs so popular? When they live with people who understand them, who keep their minds and bodies exercised, who train them and work then constantly and set limits, the Jack Russell is an outstanding companion.

Our pets love to be the center of attention at all times. What better way to have your dog stand out is to deck her out in this darling red velour Santa coat and hat I recently discovered on a great website. Well-made and well-priced, your dog will be smiling with all the ooooo’s and ahhhh’s directed her way! Merry Christmas!
The holidays are fast approaching, and it’s time to start planning for the festivities. Let’s begin with Thanksgiving when our loved ones gather together to give thanks. During these busy weeks ahead, we can’t forget about our beloved furry friends that add so much to our lives. They want to look festive too. Your dog will happily be the center of attention decked out in this adorable dress.
When taking your pooch on vacation with you, it’s nice to include them in the change of clothing or appearance associated with different vacationing spots. For example, you might consider dog shirts with a Hawaiian theme if you are vacationing at the beach or in a tropical location. Alternatively, if you are camping, you might consider dog clothing with a camouflage theme. There is dog clothing available to suit almost any traditional vacation location.
Dog clothing might also be available at the location, so your dog can bring back a shirt with Niagara Falls decaled on it, or wear the shirt while they’re there and fit in with the locals!
I love to see my schnauzer wearing a fashionable dog hat. He draws attention not only from me but from everyone we pass as we’re out and about. Though he’s clearly the talk of the town, I’ve found that his dog hats have practical uses too. For example, I use his sun visor to shield his eyes from harmful UV rays, which can impact dog eyesight just as much as human eyesight. I use his rain hat to keep his head dry and keep water from getting in his eyes when it’s raining outside.
These are just a few of the practical uses I’ve found, and I’m sure there are more. I’d love to hear what other practical uses people have found for their dog hats or dog clothes.
Just because it’s wet and rainy out there doesn’t mean your pooch won’t want his daily walk. To be on the safe side, protect him from the cold, wet weather with a stylish rain coat and matching hat. It’s also a good idea to keep his paws warm and dry with rain boots. This will also save some puddles on your hardwood floor or carpet.
